Each neighborhood contains two houses, living space for 32 residents, or a total number of 96 available units. Each house is a unit consisting of eight private rooms with a living room, den, dining and country kitchen shared with another connected house.

The project also includes a Town Square or Town Hall for gathering of residents and organizations. Other amenities include a central kitchen, central laundry, three courtyards, a barbershop, beauty shop, sport bar, dining commons, commissary, conservatory, chapel, coffee/ice cream shop, physical therapy gym and meeting rooms.

The home is a skilled nursing facility with nurses, nurse aids, activities, social services, therapy services and a Medical Director. All residents will be prescreened to qualify for need of skilled nursing care. One neighborhood will be dedicated to memory care.
