Senior Spectrum is distributed in several ways.
- Rack circulated by Distributech-Alberston's, Smiths, Sak n Save, Scolari's stores (Northern Nevada, including Carson City, Fallon, Gardnerville, etc.)
- Carson City News Agency- Carson City alternative stops and outdoor racks
- Senior Spectrum racks-indoor and outdoor rack locations-bus stops, post office, UNR, etc.
- Senior living areas, independent living areas, senior centers, hospitals, doctors offices, non-profit organizations, the Chamber of Commerce, Airport, etc.
Rack circulation is refilled twice a week-generally Monday and Friday.
Senior Spectrum is a free publication because it is advertiser supported. It is owned locally, and printed locally at Golden Eagle Press.
